Background: One issue I see is that the T2 battlecruiser training is way too long. Even though battlecruisers have been recently rebalanced (and I really like the rebalance changes), it would be nice to bring command ships more into the mainstream...

That's pretty sick. I think it should be able to scram + shoot ships automatically anyways though if you have them set red. Since citadels only have the DPS of a ****** POS without the fighters out, and a POS can do that, a structure that doesn't...

I know this isn't a huge issue at the moment, but at the moment you can store capitals in a POS. For w-space this is a huge pain, because when POSes are phased out, you will no longer be able to store capitals unless you invest 7-8b in your wormho...
